OMG!!! This leave in conditioner smells amazing and is a great product to use regularly. I purchased this to apply to my hair after the daily shampoo to keep my hair in tip top shape. You won’t regret this one!
United StatesPoorly packaged, bottle arrived completely empty
Wish I could have found out. The bottle was completely empty when it arrived and the packaging was so soaked the carrier put it in a plastic bag because it leaked everywhere. I contacted their customer service and the response was ‘we take the utmost care in packaging our products, but we can’t control how they’re treated in transit’. They put a piece of tape over the cap and shoved it in an envelope. I’d hardly call that the ‘utmost care’. Typical response… no accountability and they point the finger and the carrier THEY choose. They offered to send a new bottle but why bother if that’s how they package things. It would probably happen again. I’ve purchased Milkshake on Amazon before and each bottle is shrink-wrapped and sent in a box with bubble packaging. Never had any issues that route. I don’t know what the disconnect is when you order directly from the company.
