The only shampoo I use
I personally love this shampoo, it’s a perfect balance between cleansing and over all keeping your hair healthy. I used this every other day to cleanse by hair, it’s not super drying either! So you could use it everyday. After shampooing I use the hair mask, yogurt mask, as my conditioner. My hair has never looked better, I’ve been using this hair product line for roughly 2 years.

It unfortunately increased my hair fallout significantly. I will not be repurchasing and ended up throwing this shampoo and conditioner away due to the high amount of fall out. I’m thinking maybe it is the sulfate in the shampoo? I do enjoy their other hair care products!
