Could Be Better
I have been using this Cold Brunette shampoo on ashy brown balayage for the past 4 weeks or so. I’m East Asian and have a LOT of volume with medium-to-thick strands. My underlying hair pigment tends to turn quite brassy about 6–8 weeks after coloring and washing. I shampoo and wash 2–3 times a week and use a curling iron about 2x a week. The toning effect of this blue shampoo seems minimal, if at all. I like that it suds up easily unlike other purple shampoos I’ve used in the past, but it also leaves a heavy-ish, sticky feeling in my hair after it’s rinsed out. Will continue to try to experiment with how much I use and how long I leave it in my hair before rinsing. But most likely, I will have to keep looking for alternatives that hopefully work better for my volume and density.

Cold brunette
I was excited about this product however it left a residue on my hair. I tried it a second time and rinsed extra good and still same thing. Not sure if it's product or just the user(me)
